Just stopped at the Timberlake Rd McDonalds to get a happy meal for my 3 year old grandson. He has been visiting us and we have stopped for 4 happy meals in the last 2 days. He is excited about the boxes and is saving them. The other 3 locations we have stopped at have had excellent service and we were happy with all our meals. Today we ordered a chicken nugget meal with yogurt. We were handed a bag instead of a box which caused him to be in a bad mood. Then we got home and had apples which were out of date instead of yogurt. This is totally unacceptable service and does not meet up to the standard of service of other McDonald's we have visited. When they are out of boxes they should have to post it so parents know before placing the order and can go elsewhere if they choose. I am VERY unhappy with my Mc'Donald's experience today. When I called to complain I was told they were sorry and would check the date on the apples. The fact that they were out of boxes (which friends are now telling me is common practice for this location) and they served out of date food made me feel as if I was in a poor part of town and that is not the case. I will definitely choose another location for my food in the future. An unhappy 3 year old can ruin a person's day.
Would you recommend McDonald's Restaurant #6399 to others? No
