McDonald's locations in Kenosha, WI

Absolutely the WORST customer service thru drive thru along with the general manager..she stated her name to to be "Sahiede". ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. wld NEVER recommend going to this location EVER!!!

I went through the drive through today and ordered two drinks and a sandwich, I payed, then went up to get my food at the pick up window, I received my food from a girl named Hayley which I did not say a word too, she just handed me my drink and food. I waited for my next drink and a manager named Matt handed me my last drink and rudely told me to never come back to that McDonald's location. Then he proceeded to threaten me by telling me if I did come back that they would not give me my food that I ordered. Basically telling me he would steal my money. The girl named Hayley who works at this location does not like me at all for whatever reason I do not know, I come through often but most times she is not there, but when she is it seems that she tells people I harass her but I simply do not even speak to her. Matt must very much favor Hayley for believing her stories, because I have worked at McDonald's with Matt before.. and other managers I know would never tell a costomer never to come back again just because a crew member does not like them or like to see them. That is a personal issues that needs to be dealt with since she wants to work at that location and I often go there she will have to deal with it. Costomers first right? A costomer should not be treated poorly by a manager just because one of their crew members they like (obviously to much) doesn't like a costomer going there to get food. That is down right rediculous.

Pulled in Women yelling at drive through customers to let her out because it’s a 30 minute wait. We parked went in floors not swept, drink counter a mess I picked up at least 30 lids tossed them to try to help clean it up a bit . Went back to wait for food an employee from another Mcdonald’s was sent to help he asked for entrancevand the Manager said no go home I have enough help . Not true so he left. Next two young Hispanic kids dressed in street clothes walk behind counter check the frier buzzer walk through the kitchen and leave with a box of lids or ketchup cups . The manager just shakes her head tells a customer waiting for coffee they can’t just send people to this McDonald’s to work . I don’t send people to them or mind their business . Finally my order came. We walked out with the coffe customer who said all I wanted was coffee took 20 minutes I didn’t do the drive through because it’s not moving . I said we went in and it took 38 minutes to get our order from beginning to now . I think the manager is in over her head. Some serious training needs to go on. There was one employee who seemed to know what was going on Make her in charge your store would be better for it . The girl who checked us out KS#3 was lost and with no support from the manager. The manager by the way followed us out the door to have a cigarette and left her employees to flail for themselves . Who does that ? Not manager material in my opinion. Thank you.

Found a dead roach in my sons mcdouble

My take-out order was wrong. I ordered 2 sausage bisquits with egg and a large OJ. What I got was 2 McMuffins with extra egg and an orange juice that was mostly water. The OJ mix needs to be replaced. For $6.00+ I should have gone to a sit-down restaurant. I called the store and was asked to come back. I don't have time. They took my name and told me to give my name next time I visit. I should have been given the option of having coupons mailed to me. Also, to enter the sweepstakes the review must be 100 words! Why?

This McDonald's may want to limit clientel. A short old man with long white hair and a back pack comes in with an old McDonalds cup, fills it from the drink dispenser, uses an old computer and eats food he probably brought from home. He is argumentative and has run other customers off on ocasion. We won't eat there when he is present.
