No one answers the phone at the Heritage location.It takes 15 or 20 minutes to get someone to wait on us at the drive thru. We have spent about a half hour trying to get a credit card. People from Manilla are very difficult to understand. One man said we were declined. Then he called back and said we were approved. We got cut off. The next person said we were not approved, but gave us no reason.
Very exasperating!
