why with no cars behind me must i move my car to the parking lot and have my food run out to me ? would like a reply from the owner my e mail is coach133@aol

Very upset, You must check your order before you leave the window, they never have the order right. Two times in a row they charge me $2.50 to add cheese on a sandwich and when I got home both times cheese was not on the sandwich. I specifically asked the lady is she sure they put cheese on my sandwich and she said yes. I live entirely to far to drive back and take my food back, because I sure would have. I believe they are over charging people intentionally and pocketing the money. $2.50 add up during the course of a shift.

this is the worst bk on staten island. service is a joke. stood there with nobody waiting for service and there was not one peerson behind the counter. they were on the side talking. when someone in the kitchen saw me waiting she said something and finally the manger came out and asked if was waited on. take out they dont do anyting for you.not even putting a napkin in the bag. coffee they make you put your own stuff in even mc donalds makes it for you when doing drive thru. they are truly lazy here. like they are doing you a favor serving you. and dont even ask about the resturant cleanliness. dirty tables bathroom is cleaner in a gas station. the other bks are better service and cleaner than this one. no wonder there are no customers here. i will not be back here.
