Absolutely wonderful people, great customer service at the Victoria Branch in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I have visited this branch since they opened and their customer service seems to get better and better every time. I think Bank of America should send all their customer service representatives to this branch for training in the future. My entire family are also members of this bank and branch. My college age children really like this branch because they are all very receptive, friendly and show genuine concern about their issues when they go there to transact business. Young people are usually hard to please and when you see them come back from doing business there and they are satisfied time and time again; that is indeed very encouraging and rewarding. Thank you Victoria Branch, you deserve the accolades. Just keep on doing what you are doing. One love, One Heart, One Destiny, peace and love every time!!!
