I order my Iphone a month ago. I was told i have to wait 2-3 weeks what I completely understand. I didnt get any receipt or email confirming my order, no way to track it. They told me they were going to call me when my phone was here, today after a month I called and they told me they havent had time to call me back.
the manager has that attitude like " you need me because you want that phone". From the first time I went into that store didnt feel the kind of customer service you expect. Today i decided to cancel my order and go to a different place, dont mind waiting another month. I already went to a store in downtown Manhattan and the service was completely different, i will buy from them.
