Got my sim card for an iPhone I own, people were very nice and helpful, offered a choice of about 30 numbers until I found one I liked. When billing messed up they sorted it out for me and gave me $5 credit towards next bill. I would recommend them in a heart beat. I saw them deal courteously with many obnoxious customers while I was in the store, some I would have physically thrown out myself.

I don't know about the quality yet because I just got it, but I can say the service was dismal. I waited a long time, was told to have my kids show me how to use the phone and when I got home, the sim card had not been installed and now I can't do anything with the phone!

On phone 40 minutes waiting to find out if they had a certain phone in stock. Seriously unhappy with this. If had other options would leave.
