Customer service representative was very helpful. However, I am extremely disappointed with the warranty service. I was told, very clearly, by AT&T sales personnel that the warranty will cover "any" damage to the phone or it it is lost or stolen. However, when one of our [hones failed, we were informed that we would not receive a new phone, but rather, we would receive a reconditioned, certified AT&T phone. Further, it was explained to us that the warranty would be an instant exchange, however, it is not. Very disappointed. I have been an AY&Y customer for a number of years and find this to be a very disappointing and frustrating development.
Would you recommend AT&T to others? No
