Description: This is the production facility for favorite regional artisan bread maker Nashoba Brook. It’s also West Concord’s neighborhood go-to bakery/cafe and is worth seeking out after visiting Concord’s historic sites for a superb lunch of sandwiches, soups, cookies, scones, and coffee. The traditional slow-rise breads that are baked here throughout the day are used in the cafe sandwiches. Cheddar cheese, apple, and arugula on walnut and cranberry–studded Harvest bread, a cup of minestrone soup, and a lemon shortbread cookie make for a very nice lunch.
