The action of the enzymes produces a special quality of heat that improves circulation and metabolism, cleanses skin pores, and beautifies the skin. Massage treatments include the Swedish/Esalen method and many others. If you like, you can have your massage outdoors under a pagoda near Salmon Creek. The enzyme bath is $80/$85, with massage $170/$185. Osmosis is located off Highway 12 in the small town of Freestone, about halfway between Sebastopol and Bodega.
