There isn't much to draw people to those counties so why would most medical professionals want to relocate to these areas? Especially with the continued cuts to Medicaid reimbursement.

They already have initiatives to bring medical professionals to rural areas. They just offer to pay-off or help pay-off their loans. That makes relocating to those areas much more appealing.

Not appealing enough. To be fair no amount of money would make that area appealing to me.

If those incentives were that appealing then we wouldn't still have these shortages.
