As the title says... March 2024 thinking of making the move to Columbia ....


It's me and my 23 y/o son, moving up from SoFlo. Looking for an easier, less expensive life style, but with some action life for my son to grow and open his wings! I'm good with Farmers Markets, Nature, Art, social events, etc. Looking for 3/2 rancher on a little property .50 to an acre. Nothing fancy, No HOA.
Any information about the area would be good and greatly appreciated.
