Windows Media Player is not working for me. How else can I burn my mp3 files to a CD that I can play in a car cd player? Preferably completely online, not requiring any download.

CD Burner XP does everything you could ask but is a DL.

I'm not sure there is any web app that can burn CDs on a local system...

How about iTunes? I've used that in place of Windows Media Player for years, and it's worked great.

It's been my go-to disk tool for quite some time. Just a tad clunky in the user interface, but it handles everything from CDs to Blu-ray discs and allows you to tweak all the important stuff like burn rates.

It's also very compact, free, and does not come with the enormous bloat of packages like iTunes.
