Other concerns of ours regarding our move to Providence are as follows: We love sushi and my girlfriend hates rats.
Eastside or Federal hill.

more Sushi on the East Side, unfortunately rats are city dwellers and it depends on the neighbors around you.

Eastside. Federal Hill is great but because of all the restaurants and density you'll see more rats over there than on the East Side. Eastside has lots of sushi too.
