I ordered three days ago, and they still haven't sent me confirmation that the order has shipped. When I ordered, they said there would be delays due to the virus, but has anyone ordered from them in the past week, and if so, how long did it take the order to ship and arrive?

Thanks in advance!

My March auto-ship order was placed on March 24th and it was delivered March 31st. I usually get my orders within 2 days. When I placed my order on 3/24 I received a pop up that said that I would receive my shipping notification within 7-10 days. My next order is set to ship on 4/21 and I might move the date up so I don't run out of food.

DH ordered sone dental bones late last week. Chewy told him 7-10 days.

They were completely out of Milk Bone MiniTreats in the jar.

For there not being any shortages, there sure seems to be shortages———-

FWIW, To-date anything I have ordered from two different horse catalogs has arrived in the usual time frame.

Trucking is trucking is trucking. The slack has to be at the warehouse Chewy uses.

I just spent 30 minutes on hold listening to horrid music as I waited to place a refill order on one prescription. Things are taking 7 to 10 days to ship according to their announcement.

FYI, I received confirmation yesterday that my order had shipped and would be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday). So, in my case:

6 days to ship
8 days to receipt to order (I hope)

We went round and round today on some prescription food. Spent over 30 minutes on the wait list twice. They agreed to ship as soon as possible and said delivery would be between Saturday and Tuesday next.

They were nice on the phone and apologized for the wait.

Have you tried 1-800-Petmeds?

I use them for all my pet medications, they are always prompt, and never a problem. (The last time I ordered was just last week and it took just two days for the order to arrive, as usual.) According to the following, they do have many kinds of pet food, too, although I personally have just ordered Flea and Tick and Heartworm meds from them.

The real problem is the cat is a very fussy eater. And the way we give him medication is to load it in the juice of the salmon we get from Chewy. We often throw away the actual fish and just use the juice on dry cat food.

We expect it would take multiple tries to find something else he likes. So for the immediate future we will simply stock the stuff in quantity.

Cat food ordered on 29 March, shipped on 6 April, delivered on 7 April.
When I ordered, I received an automatic message saying that most orders will arrive in 7-10 days.
Amazon (prime) order delivered in 3 days.

I ordered on 4/13 and it is due to arrive on 4/27. I'll just be glad to get it then. I have food for my pets, I always buy a month ahead so they won't be without and then I'd have to feed them my food , but when I first ordered it I was a bit worried I must say.
