Andy Kim can't stop winning these past few weeks.

It's not just a victory for Andy Kim. It's also a victory for democracy, because party bosses (of both major parties) will no longer be able to manipulate the ballot in order to favor their chosen candidate.

Additionally, I suspect that Tammy Murphy's advisors had an inkling that this ruling would be coming, and that part of the reason for her withdrawal was that the end of County Line Voting would be a big boost for Andy Kim, and it would be a decided detriment to her candidacy.

The judge's decision only applies to Democrats. So, Republican party bosses still reign supreme.

For all the good it does them....

GOP is dead in NJ statewide and as certainly regarding Congress is concerned.

It isn't as if there is going to be any real danger of NJ sending a republican to senate or even adding another to House. Tom Kean, Jr. is only one, and that does not seem set to change anytime soon.
