Peter Ryan did the restaurant and while I haven't eaten there in a while, it was quite good!

Last time I was there was 2006 & it was pretty good. I didn't realize that Peter was involved in that.

Have you been to Amici's in Bway at the Beach? I know it is in a touristy location & not big on atmosphere, but every time I have been there I thought the food was good. They had a bad health report in the spring & did better in the follow ups. I know I am not selling the place, but the food was tasty & the portions were large.

My very critical DH and I love Finnochios in Garden City - may be classified as Murrels Inlet. It is on teh corner of a strip mall but gee, the food is really, really good. I saw mixed reviews for them as well but we've never had a bad meal there. During our last visit this past weekend, we got one cocktail, a glass of wine, the special appetizer and two entrees for $50. Good quality and pricing.... and sometimes we order one entree for pick-up and split it at home. The portions are generous. Hope this helps...

I was interested in Pomodoro's because they are on Restaurant.com. We have family coming to town and wanted to take advantage of the great discounts they offer but I only know two of the restaurants they have on their site.
