I go to Dr. Karen McCutcheon at Inlet Medical. She is friendly, listens to your concerns, and is a good diagnostician. My family has gone to her for 4 years and we have had good results.

I walked pass there today on my way to Garden City Beach (although Atlantic was flooded by the tide going over the marsh bridge, so I turned around there). Inlet Medical would definately be the closest place for me.
