We don't regret one minute buying our condo. To be honest, we bought a "fixer upper" and have completed the work. We do not rent our condo. We use it during the winter months and allow friends and family to use it at any time. This has worked out well and would do it again. We bought in Nov 2014 and it's located in a great area of The Dunes.

Understood, thanks. I have a MB condo and certainly don't regret buying it but I don't live in it year-round. So far it is a getaway and having it is a morale-booster that lifts my spirit during the daily grind and hassle of work and house maintenance up north. When retirement comes in 3-5 years then I'll have to see how longer duration visits go. Many others have commented on the big difference between vacationing somewhere and actually living there.
I love living in MB. I've been here a year now and we feel like we are on vacation everyday. We are retired, so maybe that's what is the difference vs working here? I don't know. Maybe it's where the condo is? But we truly love everyday here.
