Sun 27Aug - 11aEDT/8aPDT/5aHST: TD10e in the Eastern Pacific has formed about 820miles (1,315km) WSW of S tip of Baja, about 2,260miles(3,640km) ESE of Hilo, HI. headed out to sea.
Winds 40mph(19km/h), moving WNW 12mph(19km/h), pressure 998mb. Has just a little time to strengthen more before conditions unfavorable. Dissipates long before Hawaii. If any moisture stays intact then it would reach Hawaii sometime Labor Day week with little to no increase in winds per models.
