Pines Charter Schools vs Weston (Falcon, Cypress Bay) (Pembroke Pines: rent, house)

Can you one advise on Pembroke Pines Charter school vs Weston schools (Cypress Bay, Falcon Cove)

We are deciding whether to live in PP or Weston. Heard good things about both Pines Charter as well as Weston schools but Cypress Bay (and other weston schools) are consistently rated high in all ratings

But at the same time, to buy a house in Weston, you need a higher budget compared to Pebmroke Pines.

Note: We currently rent in PP and our daugther goes to Pines Chater so our dilemma is whether to move to Weston for the schools or whether Pines Charter equally good.
