I was once watching a special about secret recipes of popular foods and beverages. They obviously didn't give away the formulas, but they mentioned that Coca-Cola used more oranges, while Pepsi used more lemons, as a part of their undisclosed "natural flavors".

I was drinking a Coke just now (from a plastic bottle) and I could swear that I tasted the oranges.

Yes citrus is widely used for a lot of products. This vendor is not at liberty to say what he sells to who but the place smells great.
