Khaki shorts, polo shirt, docksiders worn without socks. Showing my southern roots here. I'd never seen a man wearing a wifebeater until we moved to Pennsylvania.
I like to see chino shorts, short sleeve button-up coton shirts, and Teva style sandals or Birkenstocks
I agree and as a guy find it the most comfortable in 90 degree weather. The suggestion of shoes minus socks in that kind of weather enables not only blistering but sweaty enclosed feet....gross.
The model "regular guy" look nowadays is chino shorts and a fitted t-shirt or polo with no show socks and an airy light runner.
Everything seems to be more streamlined, less material, no more excess puffy look.
Remember how those big cargo shorts were all the rage. I actually quite like them, but it's difficult to find a good pair nowadays.
