What specific things about someone's face (e.g., crooked nose) turn you off romantically/sexually? If you're not interested in older people, don't focus on their features.
a definite facial turnoff to me is when a woman has the giant forward facing Brooke Burke/Dionne Warwick flared nostrils where you can see their brain when you look directly at them. Hate that.
I am going to partially ignore the OP and state my favs first. In no particular order, nice strong jaw (i.e. channing tatum, sam worthington), dimples or even better just one, good teeth with a slightly crooked grin, TWO distinct eyebrows.
Less favorite; missing teeth (I actually don't mind slightly crooked teeth) or those bizarrely blindingly white teeth, fake tans (especially paired with the prior), weak chin, one eyebrow but hypocritically I hate too much manscaping, noticeable nose or ear hair, face tattoos and I think that is it.
The only thing really is pimples, warts, or if their face just looks dirty, and really bad teeth, and by that they have to be plain horrible.
Otherwise everything depends on the man. I have liked guys with crooked noses, big noses, big ears, etc. Even teeth, some guys I thought were cute had ugly teeth, but not horrid.

Had to laugh at the 'blindingly white teeth' comment: it does get ridiculous. And it's obvious that the 'white teethers' do all they can while talking, smiling, and especially laughing, to ensure that others can see just about every tooth in their mouth. Having your teeth enter the room before you do is definitely overdone.
BAD TEETH. I knew a girl who told me she was married this man -- and I practically screamed -- it's SO obvious he doesn't take care of his mouth. Big plaque plugs half way up his teeth...
