I found this boy 3 days ago I'd say he's about a year old hes been abused before based on the way he acts no collar no microchip. So now I'm wondering what breed he is everyone I've asked says a pit mix just wanting more input

His head says Lab. Could be Pitbull, could be American Bulldog maybe.

1) Thank you for adopting this dog!
2) Its not a pure breed. May be Labrador - Pitbull mix. Hard to tell. If important, you can perform a DNA test (not very expensive).
3) In spite of his behavior, he wasn't necessarily abused, perhaps only neglected and unsocialized.
4) It will take him time to adjust and even longer to build trust. Do not judge him by the first days. Take time and give him time.
5) Provide him with a safe place to retire where he will not be bothered by other pets people and children.
6) When introducing him to new people and dogs, do it slowly and cautiously. His personal space should be respected.

Good luck to both of you!

I see more Lab than anything else.

Whatever he is.....he is an adorable, good looking dog.

I hope he's not the one drinking all those Lite beers and just leaving his trash around :-)

Does he have webbed toes? If so definitely got lab in him. If not he still might. Looks like a great dog! My rescued dogs want to thank you for opening your heart to their doggy-bro.
