How safe is it near here? I notice it is next to a major freeway, how is the pollution and noise pollution? Alternative locations if possible?

Also it appears to be located near a water treatment plant. Does that area have an eerie odor?

It's once of the nicest, safest areas in a city with very few unsafe areas.

No offense, but LOL at this post. Stratford Drive is one of the most expensive and exclusive areas in Austin.

Unless you're a speeder. The Rollingwood Police love their radar guns.

Okay good.

Hows the air quality since it is next to or near a water treatment plant?

It's a drinking water treatment plant, not a wastewater plant. I don't think there is any odor from it.

Where are you originally from?

I've lived in Austin for 30 years and honestly the most pollution you'd get is from the constant stream of traffic on Mopac. However, you have a lot of buffer zone and as people have said, this is one of THE most desirable places to live in Austin.
