Observed cream cheese pulled from walk-in cooler and left on counter to soften. At about 9:30am, observed cream cheese at 59°F. Observed cream cheese moved back to walk-in cooler. At end of inspection around 11:15am, observed cream cheese and pooled liquid eggs moved back to improperly functioning cold hold prep and observed temperatures at 60°F for cream cheese and 59°F for the pooled liquid egg. Advised establishment not to hold potentially hazardous food products in unit until it is functioning properly.
