During America's PrepareAthon, The Great ShakeOut conducted an earthquake drill encouraging participants to Drop, Cover, and Hold On during an earthquake. America's PrepareAthon is designed to prepare everyone before a disaster (e.g., tornadoes, extreme heat, earthquakes, or wildfires) strikes through year-round drills, discussions and exercises at the community level.
