Over 100 grant applications have been submitted since the Applicant Briefings started July 11th. FEMA and State Emergency Management specialists are present at Applicant Briefings to explain the process and provide guidance to local governments and eligible private nonprofit organizations so that they may successfully apply for grants to repair storm damages.
