Debris piles at the right of way signify the water damages associated with the major flooding of the Yukon river. Federal funding in the form of Public Assistance and Individual assistance is available to state, tribal and eligible local governments for emergency work, debris removal and the repair and or replacement of facilities damaged by the flooding.
