Vans Shoes, a company known for its' trendy sneakers, provides free shoes to Hurricane Sandy residents in Toms River, NJ. Employees of the company said they felt compelled to assists residents in New Jersey affected by the recent storm. FEMA is working with many partners including federal, state, local and tribal governments, voluntary, faith-based and community-based organizations, and the private sector to assist residents impacted by Hurricane Sandy.
