A Community Relations Specialist deployed as part of the new Assess, Inform, Report (AIR) mission that FEMA has implemented gathers information on a critical issue from local officials. The problem was thousands of dead Nutria rodents (one can be seen bottom right) were washed onto the 7 miles of Waveland beach. FEMA/Tim Burkitt
