The Prattsville cemetery received floating debris from Hurricane Irene, 8/28/11, and the tropical storm that followed. Prattsville residents had to evacuate twice because of the weather and flooding. The area was declared a federal disaster on August 31, 2011. FEMA Photo/Judith Grafe
