Jeremiah Brinkley has volunteered his time to muck, clean and repair many of the homes that were destroyed in this SE Missouri city. Without the volunteer help of Brinkley and others the town would not be nearly as far along in the recovery process as they are. Brinkley's mode of transportation is his horse, Anna, and his constant riding companion Dexter Morehouse I.
