FEMA Deputy Director of Programs Andre Cadogan (L) participated in groundbreaking ceremonies for the new Fannie C. Williams School. The building was inundated with at least four feet of water after Hurricane Katrina. This school is one of more than 80 New Orleans Public School projects to be constructed with FEMA funding from the recently approved $1.837 billion in grant funding for the New Orleans Parish School Board and the Recovery School District.
