FEMA LRO staff attended the groundbreaking for South Plaquemines High School. The consolidation project involves the Buras High School and the Port Sulphur High School Science Building. Hurricane Katrina destroyed the buildings and both were deemed eligible for replacement. To date, FEMA has obligated more than $40.7 million to South Plaquemines High School. FEMA/Stephanie Moffett
