Bismarck, ND, August 6, 2011 - A FEMA Information Booth is set-up at the base of the North Dakota State Capitol Building in Bismarck during a yearly festival called the "Capitol a'Fair." FEMA utilized their booth at the fair to promote mitigation ideas to the community as well as providing information on registering and the programs available to those affected by the flood.
