A Red Cross volunteer in Minot, ND provides hot meals to residents cleaning up their homes in Minot neighborhoods affected by flooding. The Red Cross and FEMA are working with local, state and other federal and private agencies to assist residents who where affected by flooding when the Souris or Mouse River overflowed its' banks.
