The Stilling Place water is roiling at Oahe Dam near Pierre, SD after the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers released water in an effort to lessen flooding along the Missouri River. FEMA and other federal agencies are supporting the State Incident Management Team in their effort to respond to the flooding.
