Dakota Dunes residents line-up in their vehicles along Meadow Boulevard awaiting re-entry to their community to inspect their homes after more than two weeks evacuation because of possible flooding from the Missouri River. FEMA and other federal agencies are supporting the State Incident Management Team in their effort to prepare for flooding along the river.
