FEMA Lead IP Ron Simmons and Mark Hall, Telecom Specialist are attached to FEMA Mobile Emergency Response Support(MERS-Thomasville, GA) and are in the command center of the Initial Response Vehicle(IRV) to provide support to the FEMA FIRSTeam in uploading live video feed to FEMA headquarters concerning the severe storm and tornado which impacted this community.
