FEMA's Community Relations Team conducts a meeting in the ballroom of Carnival Cruise Ship Ecstasy for hurricane victims that currently reside onboard the vessel. FEMA's contract with Carnival expires March 1, 2006, so alternative housing must be sought for these fire fighters, police, emergency medical personnel and vital city workers.
