The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE PEELING PAINT AND REPAINT WALLS AND CEILING IN DISH ROOM AREA.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELD WITH END CAPS ABOVE FOOD PREP AREA/KITCHEN AND IN DISH WASHING AREA.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ARTICLES STORED IN THE BASEMENT. ALL USABLE ITEMS MUST BE STORED 6' OFF THE FLOOR FOR EASY ACCESS ON CLEANING.
