All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines.OBSERVED MORE THAN 25-30 RODENT DROPPINGS AROUND THE WATER HEATER AT THE BASEMENT. ALSO NO PEST CONTROL LOGBOOK TO VIEW. INTERIOR BASEMENT DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED. MUST REMOVE RODENT DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AREAS AND PROVIDE A PEST CONTROL LOGBOOK ON SITE AT ALL TIMES. RODENT PROOF INTERIOR BASEMENT DOOR. RECOMMEND PEST CONTROL PROVIDE SERVICE ON OR AFTER 10-27-2011. SERIOUS 7-38-020 CITATION ISSUED.
