ALSO, NOTED BROKEN/MISSING SCREENS AT LUNCHROOM WINDOWS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS, RECOMMEND PEST CONTROL TO SERVICE PREMISES, REPAIR BROKEN MESH SCREENS AND OR KEEP WINDOWS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES IN LUNCHROOM TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY.
