Front entry doors in center of double doors panel not properly sealed. Instructed to apply chaulk to seal panel and post. Light covers in prep area not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.

Non food contact surfaces of cooler shelving, storage shelving/racks not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices), cabinet shelving above 3 compartment sink not cleaned, needs detailed cleaning.
Cabinet shelving that had peeling paint, and or rust shall be repair, replaced in kitchen prep area.
Floors under heavy equipment, storage shelving/racks in prep area need detailed cleaning. Broken, cracked floor tiles in annex building hallway, boy's bathroom shall be replaced.Floor in boiler room had peeling paint, exposed concrete/dirt, shall be repair/sealed. Floors in classrooms, storage rooms, bathrooms need cleaning in main building, and annex building.
Damaged/missing ceiling tiles in classrooms in annex building shall be replaced. Walls, ceilings that had peeling paint in classrooms, hallways, and bathrooms in main building shall be repair/sealed. Walls that had peeling in kitchen prep area shall be repair/sealed. Peeling paint/plaster in boiler room shall be repair/sealed. Missing ceiling tiles in gym(main building) shall be provided. Exposed insulation in boiler room shall be repair/sealed.

Peeling paint/plaster in boiler room shall be repaired/sealed. Missing ceiling tiles in gym(main building)shall be provided. Exposed insulation in boiler room shall be repaired/sealed.#36 Missing/broken light shields in classrooms, bathrooms in main building, annex building shall be provided/replaced. MUST INCREASE WATER PRESSURE ON BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS WASHROOM CLOSE TO THE MAIN OFFICE AND CLOSE TO KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOM.
CLUTTER UNDER THE STAIR CLOSE TO THE GYM AND INSIDE THE STORAGE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO ORGANIZE, DISCARD UNNECESARY ITEMS.ARTICLES NOT BEING USED TO PREVENT RODENT/INSECTS HARBORAGE.

NOTED LARGE HOLES ON WALL AT THE BOILER ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL ALL HOLES AND ANY OTHER OPENINGS TO PREVENT ENTRY POINTS FOR RODENTS....ALSO INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN PEELING PAINT ON WALLS AND CEILING AT THE ENGINEERS OFFICE.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, ORGANIZE OR REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTILCES INSIDE JANITORS CLOSETS AND INSIDE STORAGE ROOM AT THE BOILER ROOM TO PREVENT HIDING PLACES FOR RODENTS
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN VENT INSIDE THE GIRLS BATHROOM AT THE MOBILE UNIT.
