The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. must install ceiling tile missins in baby room.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. must defrost refgerator in toddler room.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST ELEVATE STORAGE OFF FLOORS UNDER STAIRS IN BASEMENT,AND IN 1ST FLOOR STORAGE CLOSETS AT LEAST 6- INCHES.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. OBSERVED MISSING FLOOR TILES AT FLOOR RAMP ENTRANCE OF THE INFANT ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR.

MUST SEAL SMALL OPENING ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE OUTER FRONT DOOR IN THE INFANT CLASSROOM.
MUST REPAIR DAMAGED AND PEELING WALLS IN MOP SINK CLOSET AND REPAINT. MUST CHANGE ALL STAINED CEILING TILES IN BOYS WASHROOM AND IN HALLWAY OUTSIDE OF THE KITCHEN.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS IN LAUNDRY AREA,IN MOP SINK CLOSET AND IN KITCHEN.
MUST BETTER ORGANIZE CLOSETS AND STORE ALL ITEMS 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR. MUST REMOVE CLUTTER FROM KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS AND BETTER ORGANIZE AND CLEAN AREA.
