All cold food shall be stored at a temperature of 40F or less. FOUND DELI MEAT AND BEANS PATTIES THAT STORED AT PREP COOLER AT TEMPERATURE RANGING BETWEEN 52.4F-48.5F. LARGE TOASTER OVEN TOO CLOSE TO PREP COOLER CAUSING FOOD TEMPERATURE TO RISE. INSTRUCTED TO KEEP FOOD AT 40F OR LOWER. 3LBS OF DELI MEAT AND 2LBS OF BEANS PATTIES ARE DISCARDED VALUED AT $20.0
