PROVIDE SEWER CAP IN BOILER ROOM IN BASEMENT. DISCONNECT UNUSED DRINKING FOUNTAIN IN BASEMENT. STRONG SEWER ODOR IN ROOM IN BASEMENT NEXT TO MAIN SEWER ROOM. MUST REMOVE ODOR, MAINTAIN DRAINS.

STORE ITEMS AT LEAST 6' AWAY FROM WALL.
