All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. MUST PROPERLY STORE FROZEN MEATS IN RESTAURANT PREP AREA IN SEALED STORAGE BAGS,STORE MEATS SEPERATE FROM SEAFOOD. ALSO PROVIDE DATES ON DELI MEATS ,FROZEN MEATS BEHIND COUNTER.
